| Long description | This Hydraulic Integrated Circuit (HIC) regulates fan speed by controlling the pressure drop across the fan motor. In the absence of an electrical signal, it operates in a normally closed configuration and reverses the hydraulic flow to the fan motor to enable fan reversal. This function is particularly useful for cleaning coolers and radiators (de-clogging), improving cooling efficiency, and preventing overheating. The HIC incorporates a DV15-P5-FD open-transition spool valve designed to minimize pressure spikes during direction changes. An integrated proportional relief valve provides precise modulation of fan speed in circuits utilizing a fixed-displacement pump. A built-in anti-cavitation feature ensures additional oil supply to the motor when it over-runs the pump, while pressure spikes at the work ports are absorbed to limit maximum motor torque. | |
