The nominal torque of the PTO shaft is defined as the torque that corresponds to a service life of 1000 hours at a working angle of 5° and a speed of 540 rpm or 1000 rpm. The maximum dynamic torque describes the maximum operating torque of the single universal joint. This torque is used to calculate the service life. The rated power of a PTO shaft in series 6 is 47 kW at 540 rpm or 74 kW at 1000 rpm.
