Long description	LOCTITE 518 is a 1-component medium strength sealant that can be used for sealing form-stable flange joints, such as water pump flanges, engine, differential and steering box covers. Its gel-like viscosity makes it ideal for overhead work and vertical surfaces. It hardens in the absence of air between tight-fitting metal surfaces and offers an immediate seal against low pressure after flange assembly.
