LOCTITE 573 er et sakteherdende, flatt tetningsmiddel som vanligvis brukes som en Form-In-Place-pakning på stive flenser i for eksempel girkasse- og motorhus. Den tetter tettsittende skjøter mellom harde metalloverflater og flenser og herder i fravær av luft mellom tettsittende metalloverflater. Dette produktet er ideelt for montering av deler som kan ta flere timer, og produktets konsistens begrenser avrenning av flytende produkt etter påføring på delen.
