Product details	The fischer GKM drywall fastener is made of metal. For pre-positioned installation, it is screwed in by hand or with a cordless screwdriver until it is flush with the drywall surface. Pre-drilling is not necessary for single-layer drywall. For gypsum fiberboard or double-layer drywall, pre-drilling with an 8mm drill is required. The GKM accepts 4 to 5mm wood, self-tapping, and chipboard screws, as well as various hooks and eyelets, making it suitable for quickly and securely mounting lights, electrical systems, and interior accessories. Suitable for drywall and gypsum fiberboard and compatible with a wide range of screws, hooks, and eyelets for a wide range of applications. The Phillips recess allows the use of standard screwdrivers or bits, eliminating the need for special adjustment tools. The sharp, self-tapping thread ensures a secure, positive fixation with high load-bearing capacity. The short fixing length requires minimal space behind the panel, making the GKM suitable for unknown panel thicknesses and cavity depths.
