It is possible for you to return products that you have ordered from us. In order to make it easy for you and to credit you faster, we keep our return procedure very simple. Please note that the below applies to direct customers of Kramp. Kramp Online Service users should contact their dealer regarding returns.
How can I request the return?
After you log in to your account, in the ‘My Account’ section click the 'Request Return' button. You will then be able to search for products that you want to return by order number and item number. Once you’ve found the products, a Kramp Return Form will be shown. You will then need to provide some additional information.
You can request the return in a few simple steps:
1. Search for and select the products that you wish to return.
2. Register all your products using the Kramp Return Form. For each product, fill in the quantity and the reason for returning it.
3. Check and send the request.
4. Print all the required paperwork and labels provided by us via email.
5. Place the return form inside.
6. Send your products back.
7. Receive your credit. It’s that easy!
If we receive the product in a good condition, you will be reimbursed for the purchase price of the product on your next invoice. Unfortunately, we are not able to credit articles which do not meet our conditions stated below.
Return Terms and Conditions
1. These Return Terms and Conditions apply solely to the cancellation of delivered purchases. Returns arising from complaints, defects, or warranty claims are subject to separate terms and procedures.
2. All returns must be registered in advance. Customers are required to register returns via the Kramp webshop through the “My Account” environment by completing the Kramp Return Form. Please note that a £10 handling fee will be automatically charged to your account for each return.
3. Alternatively, customers may register a return via telephone or email. In such cases, an additional handling fee of £10.00 shall be applied. Kramp Customer Service will complete the return form and provide further instructions, which the customer must follow.
4. The Kramp Return Form must be completed accurately and in full and must accompany the returned goods. Returns submitted without a correctly completed return form shall not be accepted.
5. All items returned must be clearly listed on the return form. Any items not listed shall not be eligible for credit.
6. Returned products must:
(a) be properly packaged and secured for transport;
(b) be in a re-saleable, unused, and undamaged condition; and
(c) be returned in their original, unopened packaging, free from damage including, but not limited to, holes, oil stains, or markings.
7. Faulty or defective items must be returned using the appropriate warranty claim procedure and must not be submitted as a Return for Credit (RFC).
8. Engines and clutch kits must be securely palletised and prepared for safe collection.

(b) apply a handling fee, including but not limited to £10.00 for administrative and transport costs; or
