You can find ordered items in your shopping cart in the Kramp webshop. Items that have already been ordered through the Kramp webshop can be found by clicking on 'My Account' and then 'Open Orders'.
Pressing the 'shopping cart' button adds your product to the shopping cart in the Kramp webshop. We advise you to order configured items through the shopping cart function in the Kramp webshop.
Items that are ordered are dealt with via an automated process. Configurations are automatically saved and you can retrieve them at any time using the 'search configuration' function in the Kramp configurator.
Delivery times are specified on the final page of the Kramp configurator. Once you have ordered your item, you can find the delivery time by clicking on 'My Account' and then 'Open Orders' in the Kramp webshop.
If you need to amend an order, we would advise you to get in touch with your contact person at Kramp.
Approved configurations can no longer be changed. If you need to make any changes, you will need to configure a new product.

Each product has its own page: the product detail page. This page features all the product information you are looking for. The parts drawings can also be found on the product detail page for the relevant product. If you cannot find the drawing, please contact one of our product specialists.
If you move the cursor over the image of a product on a product page, you will see an enlarged view of that image in the adjacent screen. This applies to photos as well as to technical drawings. By clicking on the (small) image of the product, you can zoom the enlarged view in and out and open the original image . You can close the enlarged view by clicking on the cross at the top right of the image.
If available, the product page will also have, in addition to the ‘Technical information’ tab, a tab with ‘Media ’, which will give you additional information on the specified product and a tab with any product ‘Videos ’. Clicking on these tabs gives you access to this information.
In the product list, you can click on the icon for ‘More details’ (1) for a summary of the main product information. You will find the icon in all list views.
A group is a collection of related products. For example, a machine consists of several parts. The parts are the products. The machine falls within a product group.
In the webshop both product groups and products are displayed.Use the box to select whether you want to see products or product groups . You can indicate your preference under ‘Preferences’.
You can also do that on a category page by clicking on a drop-down menu 'Show'.
Please note: if you select product group, you can no longer apply the filters.
If you reach a product group via a category, you have the option of adjusting the displayed columns. You can do this by clicking ‘Show columns’ (1) and then choosing whether to tick or untick columns.
If you reach a product group via a category, you can click on the arrows (forward and back) which are next to ‘Scroll over item groups’. This is a quick and easy way to view different product groups without having to go back to the category first.
If you reach a product group via a category, you can click on the ‘Full screen’ (1) button. You will then see a screen that displays as much information as possible so that you don't have to scroll down any more than is necessary.
It is possible for you to return products that you have ordered from us. In order to make it easy for you and to credit you faster, we keep our return procedure very simple. Therefore, the online return of an order is free of charge, provided that the conditions mentioned below are respected.
How can I request the return?
After you log in to your account, click the 'Request return' button. You will then be able to search for products that you want to return by order number and item number. Once you found the products, a Kramp Return Form will be shown. You will then need to provide some additional information.
You request the return in a few simple steps:
If we receive the product in a good condition, you will be reimbursed for the purchase price of the product on your next invoice. Unfortunately, we are not able to credit articles which do not meet our conditions stated below.
These conditions only apply to the cancellation of a received purchase. Returns because of complaints and warranty issues are subject to different conditions.
1. A return must be registered in advance via the Webshop. The Kramp Return Form can be completed in the My account environment.
2.Apart from the online registration a customer can also chose to register a return by telephone or email. In such case an extra handling fee of € 10 will be charged. If the customer registers the return by telephone or e-mail, the Kramp customer service shall complete the Kramp Form and email it to customer. Customer must then comply with the conditions herein (except 4.) and possible additional instructions of the Kramp customer service. Customers are still invited to call us in case of all delivery or quality related issues, which are specified above.
3.The Kramp Return Form must be filled in correctly and completely. The Kramp Return Form must be included in the return shipment. Returns where the Kramp Return Form is not filled in correctly and completely will not be accepted.
4.A copy of the Kramp Return Form with the correct Kramp address must be attached to and clearly visible on the outside of the packaging of the products that are returned. (comment: only applicable to countries with the external form).|
5.In all cases the return shipment must be arranged and paid for by a customer. Customer bears the risk of damage to the products during the return shipment.
6.Products registered for a return within 30 days after they were delivered will not incur any extra charges. For products registered for a return between 31 and 60 days after the delivery date to a customer, a charge of 25 % of the purchase price shall apply.
7.A purchase cannot be cancelled (a product cannot be returned) after a period of 60 days after a product was delivered to a customer.
8.After the registration, customers have maximum of 15 working days to send the returned products back to Kramp.
9.Once the returned products have been received by Kramp and Kramp has concluded that the applicable conditions and instructions are complied with, a confirmation of a return can be seen in My Account environment.
10.Refunds for the returned products shall be made by Kramp within 30 days, after Kramp has received the returned products, and has concluded that the applicable conditions and instructions are met.
11.Products with a total purchase price of € 10 or less cannot be returned. Returns with a total purchase price below € 20 can’t be proceed.
12.All returned products must be:
-properly packed and secured for a return shipment;
-in a mint and resalable condition;
-in an undamaged, unused condition and in the original packaging which has not been opened.
13.Under no circumstances can be returned:
-products that have already been assembled;
-products that have an expiration date of which the period of time is 3 months or shorter on the date that Kramp receives the returned products;
-dangerous products (qualifying as such under the ADR 2019);
-specially ordered items and special assembly kit items; and
-products which are mixed with other products or which are separated from a purchased complete set of products.
14.Kramp has the right to refuse to accept any products which are returned when these return conditions are not fully complied with. If the conditions are not fully met, Kramp may decide to ship the products back to a customer at the customer's expense (€ 10), charge an extra handling fee of € 10, or keep the products. If Kramp decides to keep the products the customer shall be deemed to have waived his rights to get the products back and Kramp may deal with the products as it pleases, e.g. scrap them or resell them and keep the proceeds.
There are various ways. The easiest way is if you know the Part number . Enter this number in the search field and it will take you straight to the product you are looking for.
You can also search using Technical information. You can enter one or more search terms in the search field. If you use this option, entering multiple search terms gives the most accurate result.
The search function will automatically create a list of search terms based on the first three letters of your search term. Please note that this list is automatically generated. Can't see your search term? Then type in the full search term.
Tips for a better search
Our 'How To Search Wiki' tells you the best way to search. Here are some pointers:
Split words
'If you are not getting the desired search result, split longer terms into two words using a space, for example.'
Singular & Plural:
'Searching for the singular or plural terms provides different search results. If you've looked for the singular of a product but you can't find what you are looking for, try the plural as the search term. If you've looked for a product in the plural but can't find what you are looking for, try the singular as the search term.' Information pages:
'Information pages are currently not supported in the search function. If you are looking for a specific information page, please refer to your My Account page or the footer.'
Product groups:
'There is a difference between products and product groups. It is not possible to search for product groups through the search field.'
What the system searches for:
'The search system searches for a number of components: products, categories, 'suitable for' pages and brands

Yes, that is possible. You can set your search results to be displayed in a List, Grid and Clear. You can also set the number of Results per page.
