| Application | Grease hydraulic pressure spindle for use with pullers | |
|---|
| Properties | Made from heat-treatable steel, fine thread rolled and thermochemically treated | |
|---|
| Technical info | - Application:
- • Check prior to use that the pressure spindle has been unscrewed from the cap sufficiently to position the thrust piece is in the starting position in the hydraulic cylinder
- Unscrew the cap from the spindle body, to do this, first loosen the thread screw
- Screw the spindle body into the crossbeam of the pulley puller from below until the spindle body projects approx. 60 mm from the cross beam
- Screw the cap onto the spindle body as far as it will go and then secure in place by screwing in the thread screw
- Place the pulley puller in position and pre-load the spindle body using the key
- Screw the pressure spindle into the cap, the hydraulic system is engaged
- The stroke of the thrust piece in the hydraulic cylinder is max. 12 mm
- The hydraulically released workpiece can be completely removed by turning the spindle body via the cap
- After use, the pressure spindle is turned back to the starting position and the thrust piece is pushed into the hydraulic cylinder

| Benefits | - Hydraulic spindles facilitate controlled removal under high forces
- Removal simplified as less effort and time is required
