Grease hydraulic pressure spindle for use with pullers

  • Application:
  • • Check prior to use that the pressure spindle has been unscrewed from the cap sufficiently to position the thrust piece is in the starting position in the hydraulic cylinder
  • Unscrew the cap from the spindle body, to do this, first loosen the thread screw
  • Screw the spindle body into the crossbeam of the pulley puller from below until the spindle body projects approx. 60 mm from the cross beam
  • Screw the cap onto the spindle body as far as it will go and then secure in place by screwing in the thread screw
  • Place the pulley puller in position and pre-load the spindle body using the key
  • Screw the pressure spindle into the cap, the hydraulic system is engaged
  • The stroke of the thrust piece in the hydraulic cylinder is max. 12 mm
  • The hydraulically released workpiece can be completely removed by turning the spindle body via the cap
  • After use, the pressure spindle is turned back to the starting position and the thrust piece is pushed into the hydraulic cylinder
