Long description	Rust-Oleum769® moisture-resistant rust primer is a one-component rust primer based on a fish oil alkyd binder. It is specially designed to be applied to manually de-rusted and possibly slightly damp metal substrates. The primer penetrates deep into the rust, provides optimal protection and can be applied by brush, paint roller and sprayer.
