Product details	Heavy-Duty Rubber Layflat Hose – Maximum Strength, Adhesion & Abrasion Resistance. Designed for Slurry agricultural umbilical systems, where the hose is dragged across the field under pressure in trailing-shoe, dribble-bar, and injection applications. Built with a reinforced circular-woven jacket combining high-tenacity polyester and polyamide/polyester, this hose delivers exceptional adhesion, tight bending radius, and significantly lower pressure loss than standard 100% polyester constructions. The jacket is fully embedded in a premium NBR/PVC rubber compound extruded through the weave, ensuring outstanding protection against mechanical damage and long-term durability. A smooth inner surface minimizes pressure loss, while a reinforced outer cover with strong longitudinal ribs provides extreme abrasion resistance, even on harsh ground surfaces. Perfect for operations requiring strength, longevity, and reliability in the most challenging environments.
Properties	Unbeatable resistance to aging and ozone Outstanding abrasion resistance, even in tough field conditions Very good resistance to fertilizers, agricultural chemicals, and microorganisms High tensile strength with very low elongation and pressure loss Excellent rubber-to-jacket adhesion Tough, durable, and built for demanding agricultural and industrial use
