    After you’ve contacted Kramp, we will visit you and discuss the major factors of a successful franchise development. This results in a joint vision detailing how to enhance the retail business.

    Your business case

    Via a thoroughly calculated end-user potential we will work with you to determine the perfect location for your Powered by Kramp store. Consequently this will be assessed by a SWOT analysis. Once we have completed this both parties work together to develop a business case for the store. In the same document the shop development plan will be created as well. Our Kramp Retail Consultant will produce the store design with the best routing, zoning and merchandising circumstances to convey the products in the best possible way. Once all the legal documentation and the partnership agreement have been signed, we can move on to step 3.

    Preparation and execution

    The building of the shop will be completed by our Kramp retail building team. Expert, essential training for staff and store management will be provided by the Kramp retail consultant ready for the grand opening of your new store. The Kramp Marketing Team and your account manager will assist in planning and support for launch day.
