Back-up rings are used in combination with O-rings. Support rings of the BU type consist of polyurethane or PTFE, which is a harder material than the O-ring itself. We advise reducing the extrusion gap to 0 mm at very high pressures.

Las anillas de soporte se utilizan por lo general en combinación con juntas tóricas. Las anillas de soporte de tipo BU son de poliuretano o PTFE, que es un material más duro que la junta tórica en sí misma.
